Moving of failure modes in the properties view

Status : Open  Priority : Trivial, #50     Schedule : (according to Project Owner)      Current state :no way to move failures in the properties view     Critisism on current state : Editor is lacking controls to move an element to the top//up/down/bottom (also: how about keyboard shortcuts?) (ref. e.g., Checklist editor) also you can not sort in the properties view. Therefore some failures modes may be overlooked although they may be the most important ones.
