Clever Part Library should update existing elements according to part number

To my knowledge the behavior is identical in v2020R2. Could a "part type" lookup be enforced via context menu? low priority, from my point of view.     Rationale: Currently, the Part Library need to be updated to contain all not yet contained part types before a BOM is loaded/updated.
