Feature request: [performance]filtering in model browser

Dear support,  filtering in the model browser is too slow (for our taste). Please give it a try with a recently shared PHEV project, which consists of may be 100000 elements.     Interestingly, filtering in the modal window for selecting a "related artifact" seems faster, although it lists the very same contents.     Could it be that the view is refreshed after each typed character?  May I suggest to only do the actual display refresh once typing stops (timeout may be 150ms?!).
