Diff&Merge: Unresolvable Differences

Dear ANSYS medini,     I just stumbled upon a specific issue I observed, when I removed causes and effects from the dependencies tab of the properties view. Let me describe the steps and observerd result:     - remove cause from dependencies tab of properties view:       - do two-way diff&merge: the removed cause does not show up as a change?!  - after checking "unresolvable differences", the change shows up:    - this change can not be merged!!!          What is going on?     Even after opening the FMEDA worksheet (DC worksheet) it seems that the internal meta model is not correctly updated and reflecting the change that got done in the dependencies tab! The Diff&Merge view is still as in the screenshot above, but the FMEDA worksheet correctly reflects the change:          Undoing the removal of the cause from the dependencies tab     and removing the assignment of the effect in the DC worksheet still yields the diff&merge with "unresolvable differences".     I'll send a support email before restarting medini, so you have the logs available.     Best regards    Peter

If this element has been changed on both projects, you may run into an unresolvable issue. Imagine you have component A with failure mode B  in Variant 1. In Variant 2 you have also component A but with failure mode C both recently changed. After you undo it would be necessary to refresh otherwise you may also cause issues. A 3 way Diff may help you in fixing the issue. If not we should plan a call and we look together with another colleague into it.

After undoing the change, saving, exiting medini, starting medini and doing the removal of the effect in the FMEDA worksheet (like shown in the above screenshot), the diff&merge still yields an "unresolvable difference".  Any idea, what is going on here?
