MEA M2Doc Reporting - S*O, S*D and D*O values

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently working on generating an FMEA report using M2Doc. However, I am encountering an issue with providing input for the  S*O, S*D and D*O variable. If Anyone have those input variables please share it with me.

Did you have a look at these? There are also doRiskLevel and mfRiskLevel.
