M2Doc reporting for Cybersecurity: List also Functions in the list of assets

Hi all,

i am struggling with the M2Doc Reporting for the TARA report.

In the report, i want to show a table with all Cybersecurity assets as well as the corresponding security attributes. The sample report (Headlamp System - ISO21434) does not cover the "Function" Element from the "Behaviour/Functions" catalog.

It seems the property user_identifier is missing.

what can i do, to get object of type "SysMLActivity" (with Function is) also in the list of assets ??

Hi,

"user_identifier" was only created for types, which do not have a native identifier by medini metamodel. And functions were apparently just forgotten in the handling of the different types. So the special handling of "which type is it, so that I can use the right property" has to be extended as follows (bold part added).

In the example report, this appears about 5 times (not the whole line, but you can search for "then asset.partNumber else asset.user_identifier"). We'll fix that for the future.

Hi quickly checked and my version does not have the profile property "user_identifier" for Activities/Function.

Anyway, even after adding it to the profile the report does not work, strange, I think that is what Timo refers to, Nils.

Hi Nils,

we are using "Functions" to describe the primary function of an item.

Like in the screenshot below:

These functions are getting an asset flag and security properties.

These "type" of asset is not handled  in a correct way, by the example report.
