XHTML generation through BIRT designer

Hello,

For the system engineering we use another tool called CAPELLA. For this tool, they provide an add-on (as Birt) to generate HTML export from the current project.

As I am not a HTML developer, can you give me some highlights about how (and if it is possible only with Birt designer) can I build my Birt report to generate something close to a real HTML project viewer (here enclosed an example from this capella export).

FYI it offers:

• search index,
• working tree,
• requirement with access to the upper or lower related requirements
  
• all along the navigation you can see from which analyze data (e.g. requirements) are coming from

Hi Romain,

I am not sure whether BIRT is the right framework to generate these kind of HTML pages.

I think you maybe just use the scripting API to generate at least the browser page etc.
