FMEA export : Component\Function "ID" missing in Excel report

Hi,

We would like to see the "Component/Function ID" in the exported report.

currently, it is hard to find what is a function and what is a component in the tables. can you please provide a fix\addon that will create FMEA report with additional properties.

Hi Alon,

I try to outline the necessary steps to take to accomplish that task first:

* locate the report design in the installation, its under INSTALLDIR/plugins\de.ikv.analyze.reporting_X.Y.Z/reports
* the file is name fmea_report.rptdesign
* open that file in the BIRT designer, experienced users have a BIRT project and actually "link" the folder into their project like:

* next step is to enhance the component DS, we need the id of the element
* I created a new column "idPrefix" like this:

* its flexible enough to cope with objects that have no id
* in the design I then updated the mapping and edited the text field that renders the component:

And that's it! I listed all actions here so that you and other users can reproduce, also for other use cases.I also attached the changed report design, make a backup of the old one and overwrite it with this one.
