When you want to compare old and new requirements, or compare requirements from 2 different models that don't use same Medini unique Id, It is not possible.
With help of IA, i have developped this script in attach file that you can put in library.
It is necessary to customize acronyms and synonyms in function of your company perimeter.
You have
simID(id1, id2) function to compare id that take into account acronyms.simName(n1, n2) function to compare the name that take into account synonyms and acronyms
simName1(n1, n2) function to compare the name that take into account only synonyms
these functions send a value between 0 and 1. O comparison completely different, 1 identical
In your script where you want to compare requirements, you can put a threshold to detect if you want to do something
More you complete acronyms and synonyms, more you can increase the threshold value.
ID is considered build like this type_element_number
separator can be _ - \ /
you must put in Acronyms list the types and elements and their equivalences
