Trigger "Generate Table Report" via Script

 Is there a way to automatically trigger a "Generate Table Report" that appears at the top right corner of Table Editors via Script for example for System Model Reliability Tables or FMEDAs?

Of course there would need to be a way to also input the configurations usually done in the table report wizard via the script.

Hi Lukas,

we have a small library reports.js posted some time ago which lets you generate a custom report, means, you have to provide the BIRT template. That works nicely with a script.

The table report itself is merely also "just" a BIRT template, but I am afraid, there is some logic around.

Hm, for FMEDA on the other hand, we don't use the generic table report but a specific one which is shipped with the tool so maybe it works. 

I will report the necessary files with this reply.

See "Test Reports.js" - it illustrates how you can utilize the templates from the installation.

There is a dc_report.rptdesign file there too.
