Auto Counter Pattern prefix after merge

Good afternoon,

I know that there is already a similar topic named "Auto Counter Pattern" but seems to be more related to the number, my condition is sligtly different.

Several people are working with GIT and Medini with a periodic procedure of merge.

We avoid overlaps with specific competence folder, moreover each team has a customized Pattern for functions etc...

The problem is that after every merge procedure, the last pattern is inherited by every team member leading everyone to manually change it. is there a possible script or a batch file for every person to launch in their project which avoid this manual procedure.

Hi Simone,

For the use case to avoid conflicts on merging I would recommend setting a prefix for each model (e.g. FTA model or which kind of elements you are talking about). Then parallel work on different models does not create conflict. Working on the same model might still create them, but you might then also have more problematic conflicts than just the IDs.

That does not cover the case that people want to have their individual patterns. For that we do not have a solution, sorry.
