Add objects to reference property

Hi,

 I have a reference property (user_applicable_measures[]) that can reference multiple object elements. I would like to add multiple objects to that property via scripting. I thought the property would be of type array, since the property name shows user_property_name[], therefore I assumed method push can be used. However, when I used the function, it says that it cannot find function push in object[]. When I tried to apply toArray() to the property followed by push, it comes back with error: Array index 0 is out of bounds.

What would be the recommended way to approach this?

Hi Maisy,

if you directly access the property, it is not an array but a Java List. Therefor you should use as follows

user_applicable_measures.add(myMeasure);
