Hello,

How can we visualize for each safety mechanism, the components where it is implemented, and the failure modes that it covers?

We want to generate a table similar to what is shown in the attached image.

Hi Nassima,

can you clarify one point: You wrote "...the components where it is implemented" - do you really mean the implementation of the safety mechanism (i.e. by HW and SW components) or do you mean the components onto which the SM is applied as diagnostic means (i.e. covering one or multiple failure modes of that component)?

A quick-Shot would be the following derived OCL property for Safety Mechanism:

self.mediniGetOpposites('spfSafetyMechanisms')->union(self.mediniGetOpposites('mpfSafetyMechanisms'))

Which would show up like this - Component & Failure in a single row:

Showing the Component in a separate column is probably more tricky and having then the components and the covered failures aligned in two separate columns is even more tricky.

I just noticed that the code is erroneous, it associates FMs to SMs that are not assigned to them in the FMEDA. Can you please help with this?
