Splitting table to many column

Dear All;

As you see in the attachment picture. I have a column and this column is contain Risks(References properties=Measure) and right column Threat. So a Risk have many threat. I want customize FMEA worksheet in this way. Could you help me please?

although you attached a picture, I am not sure what exactly you want to achieve, you want to add some scripted/derived columns?

Or reference columns?

Maybe you can elaborate a bit
