Wondering if MOE can be toggled using .js script

actually this is a tool setting and not a project related setting and thus it can not be changed by a script (scripts are always limited to the context of a project).
Just out of curiosity: What is the use case for changing this by a script? Usually this is set once and should not be changed for and back on as the derivation of events in FTA from architecture elements/failures or SM may not be comprehensible later.
