Sort collection of Severities

Question

Hi,

I have a collection of Severities of Hazards. (Harmfull consequence). I want to extract the highest severity. My script unfortunatelly does not work. :-(

self.getProfilePropertyValue('user_consequence' )->asOrderedSet()->first()

Is there a "smart" way to get the max. S?

Hi Sven,

just one additional information for you: OrderedSet is a very special type in OCL - in fact it is rather a sequence without duplicates. The order is not based on the numeric values but rather on the order in which elements have been put into the ordered set. If you have for instance the following OCL expression:

let s:OrderedSet(Integer) = OrderedSet{3,1,3,5,2} 
in 
s

Results:
3
1
5
2

You see the order in results is not done numerical!

However, if you not convert a Set into an OrderedSet by asOrderedSet() but derive it by using sortedBy, it should work:

let s:Set(Integer) = Set{3,1,3,5,2} in 
s->sortedBy(x:Integer|x>0)

Results:
1
2
3
5

Does this help you? May be in your case it is not Integer but String where you need some additional conversion ...
