Return a list of values as dropdown options for a derived property

Good Morning.

I have a list of values which are computed at run time. I would need them to appear as a dropdown list which the user can select from. These values can be single or multiple.

I know that string properties allow us to do that, but in my case, these values can't be hardcoded since they are computed dynamically at run-time.

I have tried the following -

var array = [];
finder.findByType(Metamodel.tara.ThreatEvent).forEach(function (te) {
	array.push(te.user_risk_computation);
}); 
array;

However it returns the entire list, instead of a dropdown list with options which user can select.

Well derived properties are always read-only, so the cannot appear as drop down and the user cannot select from it.

So you cannot compute drop down entries that way.
