How to get the top owner of an element of interest

Do you have already in shop a function that permits to return the TopOwner of an element of interest ?

ex:

The TopOwner of ECU is "Block architecture"

The TopOwner of Block_04 is "Block architecture"

The TopOwner of sub_block is "Block architecture"

The TopOwner of Block architecture is "Block architecture"
