Metamodel documentation for R1 2020

Question

Hello,

I am a recent user of MEDINI tool and I need to improve my knowledge about metamodel structure in order to create my own derived field with OCL scripting.

Do you have any document describing this structure? For 2020 R1? Because I have one for 2019 R2.1 but I have difficulties to use it since names do not match (maybe it is because I am quiet new).

Well, you could try to write an OCL batch script or use the "Interactive OCL" Console. Both have limitations though.

The later you can find in the Console view, just open the mentioned Console.

Select an arbitrary element in the model browser and start with OCL expressions.

Note that the console does not know much about our extensions but should know the metamodels.

Sorry for my late answer. Thank you for your documents/articles. Indeed I have some difficulties to catch OCL scripting.

Do you have any interpreter as additional view in MEDINI to see in real-time our script ? (as I have for example when I am using ACL scripts with CAPELLA workbench, as it is the same framework).

For example, I do not understand how to get, from my FMEA viewpoint, all the Hazards (not hazardous event) referenced by the malfunctions (from HARA) and set as potential failure effect in my FMEA?
