extract Safety goals from DOORS (classic)

Hi,

I want to extract (depending on the profile property) safety-goals from a DOORS link.

e.g. I have "imported" a DOORs module and have a profile property with the Information if this is a Functional Safety-Goal

now I want to "extract" this to the medini type "Goal".

is there already a script for that?

Here is a starting script, it creates copies of all selected requirements and copies the most wanted attributes.

It does not delete the requirements. The latest factory.js is required too.

Hi Sven,

so you mean some kind of "please convert this requirement to a goal" because it actually was a goal in DOORS?

Or do you want to create a separate goal and let the requirement contribute to it?

And no, there is no such script so far I think.

Well, there is actually no such script yet. Though, it should be quit simple to achieve the goal, at least a "one time conversion".

Not sure about iterative conversion, that might be much more tricks.

Hi Jan, very nice. I added in the function function convertToGoal(from) "create trace" so that the two are traced:
