Modify the existing events id

Hello Jan,

Is it possible to modify the existing FTA events Ids with a specific criteria.

e.g: If an event with background color red then we need to suffix with UnDcd other wise should be GenFM.

E1200 --> UnDcd.E1200(Event with background color red) otherwise E1205 --> GenFM.E1205.

Sure, its possible with a batch modification script. To detect the type of event by color you may use the same approach as described in this article. Renumbering was already described in other articles, you basically just have to change id or name.

well, a Metamodel.FTA.TransferGate is a special FTA Node, please check this article to see the class dependencies. So you basically could take any node and say:

if (node instanceof Metamodel.FTA.TransferGate) {
 ...
} else if (node instanceof LogicalGate) {
} else {
 ...
}
