As an aid to achieve clarity and a common understanding of requirements and other textual items in the Medini project a Glossary of terms would be useful. I am suggesting a Glossary item be added to the project structure, where terms with definitions could be added as Goals, Requirements and other textual statements are written. The entries (terms with definitions) into the glossary could be auto-counted following the pattern D{ID:000}.
