IEC TR 62380 Die/Package Failure Rate

Question

Hi,     is it possible to access the two variables lambda_die and lambda_package (and for the sake of completeness lambda_overstress) from the IEC TR 62380 catalog calculation of component failure rates? By default, only the sum of all three is presented in the prediction tab of the component properties.     This might help to assign certain failure modes to only die / only package. Hello Lukas,  atleast you can access them in a scaling expressions e.g. failureRate = lambda_die or failureRate = lambda_package.  If you want to have separate failure modes for die and package  I would recommend to split the SOC into two components, one for die and one for package and have the appropriate scaling for them. Assign/create failure modes for the individual sub-components  Eckhardt

Helo Lukas, sorry for the late reply. I dont think these variables are accessible.  They are just part of the expression and evaluated as intermediate values to calculate lamda.     Regards  Jan
