Delete complete FTA sub-structures

Assume you have a fault tree as depicted in the following picture. You select the OR gate and delete it or press Ctrl-D on the diagram. What you may get is this - and probably its not what you have expected: Well, the OR gate is gone but its children aren't - there is rather a hole now in the tree. This is the default behavior of the FTA in medini. Open the preferences and navigate to the "Diagram | Subtree" node. There is an option "Delete Children with Parent" - among other FTA options you may consider carefully. Deleting the OR gate now will result in: Maybe the result you have expected in the first place.
