How to change the value of a Scale Tabular row using Ansys Mechanical script?

I am trying to change the value of a specific row in the Scale Tabular data for a Transient Thermal analysis boundary condition (e.g., HB_LHS) using an Ansys Mechanical script. Does anyone have a Python example or know the correct API method to update these tabular values?

There is a solution which would work only in the GUI mode. Please note that it is using internal/upsupported APIs which may change in future.
